I was playing this game and ran out of coins. I told the person that was left in the game “It’s all on you I’m out of coins”. Next thing I know she leaves the game so now because I have so many wheels, I am kind of forced to either give up or purchase coins. I purchased coins three times and had 163 wheels. Somebody finally comes in to play an instantly wins the bonus with only six wheels. Leaving me paying $90 and spending 2 million coins and only winning 30,000 coins. I immediately deleted the game. Not worth my time or money if it’s not even a fair game.

I have been playing this game forever and there is always the same sale which is not a sale at all it’s so expensive and it never changes what’s up with that it’s crazy! You would think if you weren’t going to give more coins at a cheaper price you would at least be loyal to your customers that do get suckered into this ridiculous high price and give them a better deal times are tough and I love this game but it is a rip off it’s so much money I can’t believe you haven’t changed anything for many years I have been searching for a similar game for a cheaper price I sure hope I can find one you probably won’t even read this or respond in any way but I have at least got to complain some what if you do take the time thank you for your time and maybe I will get to win once in a while or get a big fat bonus so I can play a while.

Eh jugado este juego desde el 2012 y logré acumular la cantidad de 562 billones de fichas para jugar pero un día de la nada estaba jugando cuando y desaparecieron todas mis fichas traté de contactar a soporte pero nadie me respondió absolutamente nada asimétrico al ver que no respondían para solucionar ese error cree una cuenta nueva y seguí jugando en ambas haber si lograba acumulas fichas en alguna cuenta y así estaba haciendo pero ayer dijeron que darían mantenimiento me sacaron del juego lo cerraron y al querer entrar de nuevo ya solo dice cargando pero nunca abre el juego intente abrirlo con la otra cuenta antigua y nada si le pasa a alguien y sabe como solucionar eso por favor aganmelo saber gracias

Y’all took my chips for no good reason

So I have played yazino or wheel deal for many years. It took me years and years to acquire over 29 billion points. I was playing the game as always when suddenly 28 billion points just disappeared off. I have sent in this problem every way I could so the error could be fixed. Although the site gives an automated message and states they will be in contact nothing. Absolutely no response back. It’s like it goes into a black hole. This is very upsetting they will not give me the courtesy of looking into my account because they would obviously see it was some error on them. Should I hear back from them for a correction I will happily come back and give another review. Has this happened to anyone else?

A really good social game to play however there are a lot of glitches and the free watch video coin does not work and although on Facebook it does not credit and free coins so what is the point of being Facebook friends with people I’m playing it I purchased many coins with this company not once have I received a reply back from them an apology or bonuses

Are u for real what u charge for coin packs I will never purchase them for the fact it is not worth it. The only ones who are winning are the ones who pay all the money and I’m not spending that. Seems like it always lands with 10 or 5 as well with jelly u get non stop 2,3,5 rarely get 100 or 1000

What happened to my first review, too honest

I am always running in to a message that states the site is undergoing maintenance. That’s ok but all day every day? I have tried to reach out to the company via Facebook page and unable to load. When go to site doesn’t give option of requesting contact and app won’t load!! Waste

This app used to be fun, now it's all about making money for them! You get a bonus built up and then it crashes! They want you to give them the table number? Who keeps track of the table number!?!?!? The same low wheels over and over again! Used to play this all the time but no more! Complete waste of time and sooooooo frustrating!!!!! Don't waste your time! If I could give it no stars I would! Same 2 & 4 wheel over and over again:(

I think the game is fixed I think if you spend money on their app you never really win they try to get you to spend more. If you have a big bank rounds are geared towards those. Not to mention support never gets back to you. Fix it like it use to be it was at once fun for all. Not anymore!!!

It's a great game when not freezing up right when I've built a lot of points.. Lose them..took days and still not quite sure how to "join the wheel spin" sometimes I can when I don't hit mine, other times I miss out cause guess had to hit it. Fast playing so points go quickly especially seems more you "buy" quicker you lose?, also they don't mention a "tax fee" added into pricei

Super fun game. But you can not really play unless you pay and the coins are high. If you don't make it into the big wheel spin and you run out of money in the next round... no matter how much you spent playing ... you're out of luck. Unless you pay for more coins.

You could sign on everyday and get a large amount of money.. Now you have to buy money if you want to play after losing everything you JUST spent.. You need to add the free money in larger amounts.. Other games do it. I'm going to delete this if this doesn't change

What happened to the 4 hour bonus chips? I don't get them anymore

Ok I uninstalled this game four years ago and today I thought I would reinstall it to see if they fixed all the bugs. Needless to say it kept reconnecting and to top it off when it let me play the thing took all my coins. I had 370,000 coins and they were gone in a hour. I didn't have my bet over 1,000. So I got to say don't install this game it's a waist of time.

Needs serious update . Freezes at bonus never know what you are getting . Too small bonus doesn't go far. Buy coins is a joke lasts maybe an hour .

I used to enjoy this slots. Lately, there were only four other players on which made it boring to play. I kept getting a server connection error many times throughout the game. Irritating it was - this slots have gone downhill - too bad. Will delete.

It is a complete waste of time. It never pays out anything decent.

I will start with saying that people in charge of this app made a SOLID improvement regarding customer service. For years the game ripped people off and good luck getting as much as a response ,much less reimbursement. To put it frankly, they sucked. Perhaps the worst of any customer service group I've ever encountered. When they did reply, the apologies fell short of being sincere and we're not backed up with any compensation for the loss of actual money spent on the game. A person with better sense than myself would have quit and uninstalled the app long, long ago. Over the past year the game has made positive improvements all around. Recently the audio has been removed and I hate it. He support team sent an email of apology and 5000 in tokens but I still hate it. I hope they intend to fix the issue, however I'm not sure they will. I may finally have to quit the game in spite of the all around improvements that have been made. In close, keep up the good work for future players. Eventually this might be a top notch slots game. My patience is wearing thin though.

The latest update made it much harder to see& interact with your friends. It's very awkward to send and receive gifts. Wish I could reverse the update. Games such as this type should be fun and easy to navigate.

I love this game but it seems to put you on a losing streak that never ends. Rarely hits jackpot amounts. Spins endlessly emptying your account. You don't want to stop playing because you'll then lose your bonus bank.

I've had a lot of fun on this game, however, twice after an update, I lost all my chips. I had over $300 million chips, updated about a month ago and when I opened it up I only had a few thousand (@6,000). I emailed them and no response. So this is a warning, if you are lucky and win a lot don't update or u most likely will lose it all.

Love playing this game however DO NOT purchase additional coins thru the in-app purchase. There are glitches and if you are overcharged Yazino will not assist you. Very slow response then absolutely NO customer service. Playing the game is fun- purchasing from this company is hazardous to your wallet.
